Account information and Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, Caroline requests your basic profile, including your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier. We use this information to authenticate you, associate your saved work with your account, and check access to your purchased pack or approved team account. Google sign-in does not give Caroline access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or calendar.

Your content and preferences

Caroline stores the Instagram username you provide, imported public posts and metrics, content you submit, generated carousel drafts, saved edits, and your account preferences. We use this information to provide the studio, generate content you request, and calculate observed posting statistics. Public creator comparisons use available post dates and may be incomplete.

Service providers

Convex supports authentication and application storage; Cloudflare hosts the website. TokScript supplies imported public content and transcripts. Requested AI drafting uses Anthropic. Stripe processes checkout; payment card details are entered with Stripe. Email is sent through Resend and configured SMS features use Twilio. These providers receive the information needed for the features they provide. Google account information is used for Caroline account services, not as source material for carousel generation.

Messages and browser storage

Sign-in codes are sent when requested. Optional streak summaries use your selected notification preferences and verified contact details. You can turn those summaries off in Caroline; for SMS, you can also reply STOP. Browser storage supports sign-in sessions, display preferences and dismissed product updates.

Your choices and requests

You can disconnect Caroline through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. This stops future Google authorization but does not automatically delete existing Caroline work. To request access, correction or deletion of your account data, contact ajharris200@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting. Payment records or other information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.

Account data and saved work remain stored to provide your workspace until removed. Revoking Google access, signing out or letting a pack expire does not erase saved work. We will update this page when our data practices change.
